The beautiful and succulent Chanterelle Mushroom!!
I don’t know how I got so lucky, but my backyard is full of these amazing mushrooms. Here are two pictures of my harvest of wild shrooms, in the woods and on my plate. Yum! Amazingly delicate taste and great for any late summer dinner. I enjoy wild picked mushrooms most with cheap white fishes like halibut but chanterelles are also amazing on home cooked oven baked pizza. Which ever you choose, use a cast iron, some butter and salt, thats all you need!
